Please be advised that use of this or any of our products may not be legal for street use or even off-road use in certain areas. Policies:

We warranty that our products will arrive to you in Proper Functioning Order and in New Condition unless otherwise specified. Items advertised as Deals, Blems or Demos may not be sold as new, please carefully read the promotion for details. Due to the exclusive pricing you have received for our product(s) under our current promotion, there are absolutely no refunds, returns or exchanges. Cancelled orders prior to shipment will be accessed a 20% restocking / service fee.

Please note that some of our models are shipped as an SKD model ( Semi Knock Down ) and may require some assembly. In these cases a toolkit and instructions are often provided in order to facilitate assembly. Common tasks are bolting on or flipping up handlebars, attaching footpegs, connecting the battery or fuse, attaching a wheel, adding fluids such as gas and oil, etc. Most assembly can easily be performed by individuals with basic mechanical knowledge and knowledge of the product that they are assembling. Please be sure that a licensed mechanic performs a safety check all items on the product. You are required to check every nut, bolt, fastener, etc on the product to ensure that it is properly tightened as these items may have loosened during shipment. We strongly recommend that you always hire a local certified mechanic for this assembly at your expense. Your safety is of high importance to us and we also quality inspect every product however the final assembly and responsibility ultimately must be on you the consumer and the final assembler of the product(s). Please be sure to follow common sense and if you have any questions, feel free to call us, that is what we are here for.

We understand that having your products shipped to you in a timely manner and damage free is an important part of your online purchase. In order to help to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly we are constantly reviewing new shipping and packaging options in order to better serve our customers. We contract with the Best Shipping, Freight and Packaging companies in the Country in order in an attempt to provide you with the best service possible. We reserve the right to choose the best shipping method possible from our experience to deliver your product unless we have specifically stated otherwise in a promotion or in other written form.

Freight Shipping is usually the preferred method for shipping vehicles. This method is costly and often requires us to palletize or crate the product. This can lead to a short delay in shipping your order and higher than Ground shipping costs. This is often a necessary step to help avoid shipping damages. It is important to understand that shipping via a lesser method may save money initially however it may also lead to receiving a damaged product. In most cases such as this you will end up freighting the product anyway and further delaying your order. In the end this is your product and we want you to be happy with it and the condition that it arrives in.

When shipping via freight it is often necessary to be able to help take the item off of the back of the truck. These items can sometimes be heavy and if you do not want to lift the item from the truck there are other options available. You may specify delivery to a business address with a loading dock or personel that may assist you. You may pay the additional fee for a lift gate truck. You may also pickup the product directly from a Freight Terminal. Additionally, the delivery may only be available within a agreed upon time period, which may cause you an inconvienance.

If you have a preference on shipping, either by carrier, shipping method or services, please arrange this with us *BEFORE* we ship your order to ensure that we can provide you a quoted rate for the services that you require. Any special arrangements of this nature will be made between you and the shipping company directly and not with Venom Motors. We can only help you to facilitate these requests with the Shipping or Freight Company and cannot be held responsible for their quality or actions. All non-standard or additional shipping charges are to be paid for by the customer including : Lift Gate, Special Delivery, Reconsignment, Storage Fees for non pickup and other non-standard fees.

Please also note that any estimates on delivery are not guaranteed by us under any circumstances. Even if a time critical shipment is arranged with a Shipping or Freight Carrier, We have no direct control over the shipment once it has left our facility and any claims of this nature will need to be made with the Carrier directly.

Please understand that no matter how well we do our job, a certain percentage of all orders will have shipping damage, delays and losses. Every order is handled with care on our end however, once your product is transferred to the shipping company we no longer have control over these conditions.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to open the package upon delivery and fully inspect it's contents to ensure that none of it's parts are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you believe the product has been damaged during shipment it is your responsibility to let note the damage at the time of receipt on the Proof of Delivery that the driver asks you sign. Without this notation your shipping claim for damage will be declined by the carrier. Please, also notify our support department of the damage. We reserve the right to first attempt to send you the proper replacement parts needed to fix any damage to the product(s) or to replace the unit completely. Refunds are not allowed for a damaged shipment, we will however promptly resend you another unit if the delivery is refused for damage.

If significant shipping damage does occur and we are not able to send you the required pieces to fix the product, you may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier and claim the losses. Our support department will help you by providing information that you may require to have your claim processed effectively. It is our experience that this is the most effective way to handle a shipping claim in a fast manner. You may then re-order product from us and we will re-ship new product(s) to you.

Sales Tax:
Local Sales Tax will be charged to Nevada Residents. All other orders are exempt from sales tax when purchasing online or by phone order.
